Order intake & digital quotes
Convert emailed requests into orders and quotes in one form. Every order gets a unique number, a quote and a tracking link, and quotes export as a clean, branded PDF with line items, totals and the tracking link.
Order visibility for custom manufacturers
PaySight replaces spreadsheet tracking and status-chasing with one shared record of every order. Issue digital quotes, run production on a job board, give customers a no-login tracking link, and close every delivery with signature, photo and GPS.
Smarter. Actionable. Seamless.
The problem
Every made-to-order job passes through sales, the shop floor, a driver and the customer. When nobody shares the same record, everyone spends time asking where things stand.
Requests get retyped into quotes and trackers by hand, and the original email lives in someone's inbox.
Customers can't see progress, so they call and email for status, and your team stops work to answer.
Quote, production and delivery status sit in different spreadsheets, whiteboards and heads.
Paper slips get lost or take time to reach the office, which makes delivery questions hard to settle.
PaySight puts the whole job on one shared record, from the first quote to the signed delivery.
How it works
These are PaySight's default stages. Admins can rename, add and reorder them to match how your shop actually runs.
Operations
Turn an emailed request into an order: pick the customer, add product lines, quantities, pricing and notes, attach the original email or PDF. PaySight creates the order number, the quote and a secure tracking link.
Your customer
The buyer opens the tracking link, reviews the quote and approves it with their name and title. The approval is recorded and the order moves forward on its own.
Operations & production
Ops drags the job into production on the job board. The shop floor sees it in the production queue with specs, quantities and due dates, and due-soon work highlighted.
Production
Production marks the order ready. Operations sees it on the board and assigns a driver for delivery.
Driver
The driver sees the delivery on their phone with address, contact and items, and starts the run with one tap.
Driver & customer
The driver captures a signature and photo, with GPS location and time recorded. The order closes as delivered and proof of delivery is available from the tracking link.
At each milestone, PaySight prepares a customer email with the order number, status and tracking link, and logs every notification as sent, failed or pending.
Features
Built around the way custom orders actually move through a shop, and the people who move them.
Convert emailed requests into orders and quotes in one form. Every order gets a unique number, a quote and a tracking link, and quotes export as a clean, branded PDF with line items, totals and the tracking link.
A kanban board of every open order by stage. Drag a card to move it; each move is logged with who, when and an optional note.
Buyers see their quote, a timeline of every stage change and delivery details from a private link. No account, no password. They can also look an order up by number and email.
Customers approve from the same link with their name and title. PaySight records who approved and when, and moves the order to Approved.
A clear list for the shop floor: order, customer, specs, quantities and due dates, with urgent work flagged. Mark jobs ready without walking to the office.
Drivers get their delivery list on their phone. At the door they capture a signature and a photo; PaySight adds GPS location and a timestamp, stores the proof securely and marks the order delivered.
Seven email templates cover the journey from quote issued to delivered. Admins edit the wording; ops can see the history of every notification and its status.
Bring your customer list in from a spreadsheet. Preview before importing, update existing customers by email, and see errors row by row.
Total and active orders, customers, orders due soon, orders by stage, top customers and recent orders, on one screen.
Admins configure and reorder stages, edit notification templates and add staff accounts with a role: Admin, Operations, Production or Driver. Each role sees only the pages it needs.
Who it's for
PaySight is designed for custom manufacturers such as metal fabricators, where every order is different and quotes, production and delivery all need to line up.
Create orders and quotes, run the job board, assign drivers and resend tracking links, without retyping anything.
See exactly what to build, how many and by when, and mark work ready from the shop floor.
Today's deliveries on a phone, with signature, photo and GPS proof captured right at the door.
Review and approve quotes, follow progress and download proof of delivery from one link, with no account to create.
Shape the stages and messages to your process, control who can see what, and watch the whole pipeline on the dashboard.
Built to be shared safely
Each link carries a long, random token tied to the buyer's email. Links expire after 14 days, and resending a link replaces the old one.
Every staff account is tied to a role. Drivers, production and operations each see only what their job needs, and admins control the rest.
Stage changes, quote approvals and deliveries are stored with who, when and where, so there is one answer when questions come up.
